You pay $200+ a month for them to pay $50 of your medical bill! And because you are recorded agreeing to your 'coverage', you have no legal ground. Information packets are explained for example as this: 'emergency room benefits - $50 benefit' when you as if you are covered, you will broadly be told yes you are covered..meaning they will pay 50$..
